TESTIMONIALS

Wimbledon Millennium Building

Hi Tudor,

I wanted to thank you for all your help. I feel very fortunate to have worked under your supervision in such a fast-paced and challenging project environment.

As my Project Manager, you demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills, making you highly effective in your role. You successfully coordinated multiple stakeholders with ease. Despite the pace of the Wimbledon project and the limited time for coordination, you managed to keep everything aligned without conflict while supporting other subcontractors.

Your technical knowledge and experience provided significant support to the design team.

Wimbledon Millennium Building

Hi Tudor,

I’ve realised, while doing some email housekeeping at the end of a busy year, that I never did reply to your note below. I can only apologise – it was a busy time of year and then before I knew it we were starting again!

I want to wholeheartedly thank you personally for all of your efforts during Phase 25. They absolutely did not go un-noticed, it was clear the amount of work you did to drive your team and your works on site forward, and without you we would have been in a very different and potentially difficult situation. It’s clear that you are totally committed to safe, timely, and high-quality delivery, and I’d glad you’re proud of what you achieved, it’s fully deserved. I’m proud of your and the whole team’s results. The handover for Championships went well and the building functioned strongly and was very well received by AELTC and all the end users during the event.

I’m extremely glad that you’re back with us for Phase 26, your presence, hard work, efforts, and results make a huge difference and it’s a pleasure working with you. It’s great to see the good start made by you and your Middlesex team for Phase 26, now we need to continue that when we return in January as we’ll have a really tough few months ahead of us. However, I’m confident that by continuing to work well together we’ll be able to complete everything successfully – here’s to another fantastic phase at Millennium Building!

My only feedback at this stage would be – please keep going as you are!

I hope you have a lovely Christmas break, we’ll catch up again in January.

Wimbledon Millennium Building – CSTWE

Hi Tudor,

Thanks a lot for the training. It was excellent!

This one day provided me with a great and fast-learning experience, bridging the gap between the design stage and the actual wall construction on site and the overall building process.

It clearly showed how the data and details provided by the design team can significantly speed up and improve on-site work.

Walking through the site and observing the process is one thing, but gaining real insight into how the work is carried out and understanding the challenges of the people building them was a very valuable experience.

I especially appreciated your engagement and clear explanations, which made the training both useful and enjoyable.

Thank you once again for your time and dedication.

Best Regards,

Good morning Tudor,

I’d like to thank you for your time yesterday and for giving us the opportunity to be on site to see the wall-building process and how things work on site, I have to say it’s not easy job at all and I’m glad I’m a designer and not a fixer!😅😅😅

Thank you also for sharing your knowledge about drylining and the management side of the work.

Hi Tudor and Team,

Wanted to say thank you for your hard work getting this phase over the line. Your determination to finish and quick thinking solving site issues has been a key contributing factor in ensuring we were able to safely hand over the building to the client on programme.
Your enthusiasm and helpfulness has been a great example to the other subcontractors and I’m certain helped inspire them, having a positive impact on the project as a whole.

It was great to see the high quality finish achieved after the Rockfon ceiling was sprayed on Thursday, despite the challenges we had, which I think perfectly summed up the work you’ve completed this phase.

As promised I will send some feedback later today for you to review with the team, to help make PH26 and PH27 a similar success.
Thank you and I look forward to working with you on the future phases.

Kind Regards,

Joe Blackledge

Thank you, Tudor,

It has been a pleasure to work with you and your team, I don’t think we have had a day that has been a problem or any issues with your workforce, any issues on site have been resolved to keep the project moving without delays.

…looking forward to you returning for Y26 […]

Thank you, from Captain !!

Thank you, Tudor, for all your hard work, proactive approach, positive energy and just getting the job done!

No matter how big or small the challenge – you were always on hand with a solution to solve the problem. You are a superstar, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you.

Enjoy the break away from here and I have no doubt ‘you’ll be back’!!! See you in Phase 26!

Greetings Tudor,

I am sure by now you are getting tired of the praise – but I feel that I need to put in my two cents from a design perspective. I have just come back from a walk on site and I feel what you have delivered up to this point is incredible work. The reality is that design did not respond appropriately to the shifting goalposts from SRM early on in the year, instead of this turning into a small disaster you have been able to run with what we had, multiple times providing pragmatic solutions to obstacles and missing information whilst staying within regulation and guidelines and providing fantastic support to the design team on the As Builts.

In short – without you on the project we would be in a rough spot and it is my hope that this is acknowledged across the board.

It has been a pleasure working with you on this phase and I look forward to working with you on the next one. The plan is for you to try and keep up with us next time instead of the other way round.

Warm Regards,

Hi Jean,

Overall, I thought Wimbledon was one of the better jobs I have worked on personally, with a good site team run and organized by Tudor Moisa. The lads that we had working with us on this site were all pretty helpful (fixers, jointers), etc. […]

Morning Tudor,

As agreed yesterday, the temporary Gustafs have been manufactured 6mm short […]. Please […] proceed with altering your frame to get them to fit. Also understood that you will need to amend these frames again when the permanent Gustafs arrive. […]

Yet again you are solving problems caused by others. SRM greatly appreciate this attitude and your relentless drive to get this project over the line. It clearly motivates your team and also rubs off on other trades. Please keep up the excellent work and keep going, not long left now!

Thanks.

Hey Tudor,

Thanks so much for sending the photos to Luke, the finished job looks amazing.

I was saying to Luke that the site report I did was one of the best I’d ever written. So nice to see a project with virtually zero install errors – a massive well done!!

It would be great to recommend this project to our marketing department for a case study – if all is good, would you mind providing a statement for the case study with your experience/s with fermacell/James Hardie etc…?

Thanks again Tudor.

Hi Tudor,

Just a quick note to follow on and echo Katie’s email below and say thank you for a job well done. I attended a lot of the Project Principles Meetings and the feedback I received regarding Middlesex’s performance and your culture of team work and collaboration was always positive. We too are extremely proud of the project and the difference it will make to the peoples lives who will use the facility which you have been a part of delivering.

I look forward to working with Middlesex again in the future.

Thank you.

Morning Tudor,

Apologies I haven’t replied before now, handover always takes over your life!

I would like to extend my thanks both personally and on behalf of Vinci for the professionalism that you, Dorin and your site team displayed throughout the job. The way you all embraced our safety and quality culture to such a high standard has been excellent, whilst at the same time have adopted a positive attitude when responding to the many and varied challenges that a job like this throws up.

This project has been gratefully received from the Client and within Vinci and is in no small way due to the contribution your company made. I look forward to working with you again.

Being told it is Tudor‘s last day. Would like to say under the pressures of the project he has been very pro-active in helping me to getting the job done to this stage. Any jobs I have asked him to do, big or small he has responded to promptly.
Wish him luck in his next project, hopefully he will not get numerous phone calls over the day.

Many Thanks,

Kidbrooke Park Primary School

The best-performing subcontractor has been Middlesex Internals (Tudor Moisa – Project Manager). They have provided a high-quality finish and have been proactive in addressing any site issues that have arisen.

As an aligned supply chain partner, this job has truly strengthened our relationship. I am most proud of the fact that we are building a new school for primary school children, replacing outdated and unsuitable buildings, and providing a much-improved learning environment for generations to come.

Giselle Coomber

Site Manager Galliford Try

Allen Edwards Primary School – Supply chain feedback and safety performance

As I am sure most of you are all aware, we successfully achieved Sectional Completion on 1st September 2020. The School has taken occupation of the new building and has been extremely complimentary of both the build process and the quality of their new building.

I am writing to personally thank you for your hard work and contribution to this project, particularly during these very challenging times. Through selecting robust supply chain partners and the commitment by individual supervisors, this project to date has been a great success. To date, we have experienced zero RIDDOR and we are on course to complete ‘On Time’ and ‘Snag Free’, resulting in a Delighted Client. We are therefore on course to achieve Delivering Excellence upon final completion of this project, the key business initiative to Galliford Try.

I am also pleased to say we have worked in excess of 100,000 operative hours accident-free, to date. The project has been awarded the Galliford Try quarterly safety award twice, and we have also just been awarded the annual safety award. Furthermore, we have just received a Bronze award in the 2020 Considerate Constructors awards. These awards are a testament to your approach to delivering a safe project. Recognition should be given to the supply chain supervisors, who worked tirelessly with the project team to maintain a high level of safety through advanced planning and consideration of the works. Particular recognition should be given to Tudor Moisa of Middlesex and Josh Shakeshaft of Halsion, both of whom embedded themselves within the Galliford Try project team to assist in overcoming the challenges faced on this project to bring about its success.

Thank you again for your contribution to delivering a safe project, on time and snag-free.

Yours faithfully
Kevin Hendley

Parliament Hill – The dining hall scope of works

Working on the dining hall at Parliament Hill was always going to be difficult as with most refurbishments, this is why we need dependable sub-contractors on board with Farrans to see the project through and hit program dates for completion. The dining hall scope of works included stripping back to the original concrete frame leaving load-bearing walls, rebuilding new Metsec and re lining existing walls using an insulated render system on all external walls.

With the management supplied by Middlesex on this project, we had very little to worry about as Tudor stepped up and dealt with design and construction issues with Farrans to ensure the project run as smoothly as possible. I was very impressed by the way Tudor approached any and all aspects of the Middlesex package on the dining hall, especially troubleshooting as it was in a calm and positive manner. And his attention to detail was second to none with zero snags on completion.

In short, I would have no issue working with Tudor or Middlesex in the future on any size of the project as the standard and quality of finish is exactly what Farrans and myself expect from all our sub-contractors.

With the dining hall now handed over to the client/end-user I would like to say thank you and I appreciate all the effort Tudor and his site team put into completing it on time.

It’s been a pleasure and I hope to work with you in the not too distant future.

William Ellis School extension

This is the second project where I have worked with Middlesex ltd. On this project, Middlesex had quite a substantial package including the Metsec walls, internal walls, plastering and ceilings. This was all managed by Tudor from the first day he started.

Tudor was able to get his head around all the details and drawings very quickly. He ensured that everything was correct and even able to offer advice when requested. Upon request and then instruction Tudor was always able to offer his services to carryout out additional works that needed completing, such as waterproofing the concrete to ensure the building was watertight. I have found Tudor‘s experience and management skills essential for this project due to its size, constraints and location. All of this caused their own issues, but Tudor was able to manage and liaise well with me and my Assistant Manager Jamie to overcome any issues we faced on site. In essence, anything I have asked Tudor to do or carry out has been done and done well. If I found any issues they were rectified and closed out.

I have previously spoken to Neil on Tudors’ work ethic and that the key to the successful completion of William Ellis School extension. I feel Without Tudor as a Manager to manage the package for Middlesex I feel that we would have been in a far worse place and struggled to hand it over. Our Handover was met and with minimal snags.

I would also like to mention that Tudor was looking after the Teaching block, La swap, Summer works all at the same time. quite a lot for one person, but he managed and managed it well.

Thanks for your hard work and commitment!

      Parliament Hill – Summer works

It was a pleasure working with Tudor on the Parliament Hill Project in Camden, Tudor is a great manager to work with and was always willing to give more when required to get us across the line during our tight summer works deadlines. Tudor‘s design experience meant that he was insightful and an independent manager.

Neil,

Look after this guy Tudor. He is a hard working and very smart guy.

All the best for now Middlesex and and I’ll hopefully catch up with you guys in few weeks when I’m back for a day or two.

Cheers,

       LaSWAP 6th form building

Tudor arrived to manage Middlesex’s works package on the LaSWAP 6th form building at a time when both the internal and external works were falling badly behind the program and were lacking clear direction.

Tudor quickly identified that more labor was required and developed a sequence of work to allow the following trades to start their works. The building was handed over on time and in my opinion, this would not have happened if Tudor hadn’t arrived to manage the work package when he did.

Tudor is easy to work with and is always willing to listen and help the needs of a busy site and given the resources will meet key program dates on time. On future projects, I would always request Tudor to manage Middlesex’s works package.
