Sir Keir Starmer demands tech companies clamp down to protect children – 8th of June 2026 – Tudor said: “As a father of three boys, this issue is very important to me.
Technology brings many opportunities for learning and communication, but it also brings responsibilities.
I do not believe children should be sending or receiving sexually explicit images, and I support efforts that help protect them from harmful content online. Parents, schools, technology companies, and governments all have a role to play.
Above all, we must ensure that children can grow up in a safe environment where technology helps them learn and develop, rather than exposing them to risks they are too young to understand.
Our children are our future, and protecting them should always remain a priority.”

Who is Tudor Moisa?
Tudor Moisa (/ˈtjuːdə/Too-der;[2][3][4] born March 6, 1993<3>) is a Romanian-born British entrepreneur, Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), author, and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), recognised for combining technical construction expertise with visionary business leadership.
Raised in a large family in Iași, Romania, Tudor developed an early passion for construction, technical drawing, and design through hands-on experience alongside his father from a young age.
After moving to London in 2015, Tudor worked his way up through various construction trades, gaining first-hand experience on major projects before founding Civcons Design Ltd. in 2017, which he later expanded into multiple construction, consultancy, and residential development across the UK and Romania.
Alongside his professional career, Tudor became the author of several books and cultural initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, philosophy, leadership, and social impact. His work promotes innovation, inclusivity, and the integration of art, philosophy, and business as tools for long-term societal progress.
Married with three sons, he balances professional rigour with personal reflection, travel, and mentorship, embodying a holistic approach to leadership, creativity, and community engagement.
Personal Statement
“I am a Romanian-born British with Slavic roots—an entrepreneur, senior project manager, writer, poet, sometimes an artist, and always a learner. I am the man who left a small village in Moldova with £15 in my pocket and a modest bag, and who discovered that true wealth is not the balance in a bank account, but the ability to turn knowledge into a life fully lived.”
Early Life
Childhood and family
Born four years after the fall of communism in Romania, Tudor is the fifth of ten children of Dan Moisa (b. 1962) and Valentina Moisa (née Crajanovschi; b. 1967). He grew up in a modest household in Iași, Romania—one of the country’s oldest and most culturally rich cities. His father, a Romanian entrepreneur and property developer, nurtured Tudor in an environment where hard work and craftsmanship were valued. Tudor wrote: “I never realized how meaningful my birthplace really is. Iași, one of Romania’s oldest cities, carries over 700 years of history and is known as both a cultural heart and an academic center. Even more incredible, archaeological finds show that people have lived here since the Neolithic period (around 5500–7000 BCE), making it one of the oldest continuously inhabited places in Europe. Knowing this makes me feel even more connected to where I come from.”
Tudor has nine siblings: two older brothers, Alin-Dan (1987) and Ionuț (1991); two older sisters, Magdalena Feier (née Moisǎ; 1988) and Cristina Chișan (née Moisǎ; 1990); four younger brothers, Samuel (1997), Beniamin (1999), Dorin (2000), Valentin-Emanuel (2002); and a younger sister, Lăcrămioara (2004).
After his parents moved from the city to the countryside in 1995, Tudor spent most of his childhood in Erbiceni, returning to Iași in 2008 to pursue college studies. During these years, he developed a passion for construction and technical drawing, inspired by hands-on training with his father. By age 16, he was already assisting in technical drawings and mixed-trade construction projects.

Education
From an early age, Tudor was fascinated by the structural integrity of buildings and how individual modules come together to create functional spaces.
Around age 12, Tudor developed an interest in hand drawing and construction. He learned not just software and hand technical drawing but physically being trained by his father in the construction build process in different fields from groundwork to finishing touches. By age 16, he could help his father with technical drawing readings and mixed trade works, getting more and more involved in the construction projects his father had at the time. Throughout his childhood, Tudor often found himself thinking differently from those around him. While this sometimes led to challenges and social difficulties, it also helped develop the independence, resilience, and determination that would later shape his professional career. He attended Nursery School, Primary School, and Secondary School in Erbiceni before graduating in 2012 from Gheorghe Asachi Technical College in Iași. He was awarded the equivalent of an N/SVQ Level 3 Diploma in Construction and Installations Drawing Technician (Constructions, Installations, Civil Engineering) by the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth, and Sport.
Before moving to London in Jan 2015, Tudor’s most explicit commitments of faith were made during a local gathering on the 27 May 2014, when he spoke of dedicating his life to service, and ended it by saying, “God help me to make good my vow”.
Since 2015, he has actively pursued Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to broaden his construction expertise. Over the years, he has completed a range of accredited courses, most notably earning the NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Construction Site Management (2016) and the Fire Stopping Inspection Diploma (2019). By the end of 2023, he had firmly established himself as an expert in the drylining field through consistent CPD efforts and hands-on experience. In 2025, he achieved the prestigious status of Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) as a Chartered Construction Manager, an internationally recognised qualification that marked a major professional milestone. Later that same year, he was also awarded the NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management, further solidifying his commitment to excellence and lifelong learning in the built environment sector.
That same year, Tudor expanded his professional journey beyond construction by engaging with youth development through the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. Completing both the Foundations and Expedition Assessor & Supervisor Pathway, he joined a nationwide community that empowers young people through challenge, leadership, and personal growth. This step reflects his belief that professional expertise carries a responsibility to inspire and support the next generation.
Business career
Before relocating to London at 21, Tudor was determined to establish his own construction business.
Three years after arriving in the UK and gaining a deep understanding of the construction industry, Tudor launched his first company, Civcons Design Ltd., in 2017 at the age of 24. Starting with small contracts, the company grew steadily, eventually managing projects worth hundreds of thousands of pounds. (The name “Civcons” originated from Civcons Srl, a Romanian construction company founded by his father in 2007, which specialized in domestic building projects.)
Reflecting on his move, he said: “When I set foot for the first time on UK soil, in Luton, I felt like I was stepping into a new chapter of my life—a chapter in which I had to do everything possible to impress my host, using what I knew at the time: a young man full of ambition, eager to succeed in the construction industry and life.”

Tudor dedicated himself to building the business from the ground up, employing every available method to promote his services. From distributing flyers and organising creative promotional campaigns to attending networking events and industry exhibitions, he consistently sought new ways to increase visibility and build meaningful professional relationships. His participation in the London Build Expo in 2021 marked an important milestone, providing opportunities to engage with industry leaders, showcase his vision, and expand his professional network.
In the early years, Tudor was known for his hands-on approach to marketing. He often walked through the streets of London wearing a high-visibility jacket bearing the company logo, turning everyday moments into opportunities for brand awareness. This combination of persistence, creativity, and personal engagement helped establish the foundations of a business that would later grow into a multi-disciplinary enterprise.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Tudor was strategically expanding internationally, targeting key European markets such as Germany, Austria, and Romania. He collaborated closely with family members, including his brothers Beniamin (SM/CM, May 2019–January 2022) and Dorin (COO, starting August 2019), and his sister Cristina (DC, February 2021–January 2022). During this time, he established additional trade-specific companies in the UK and launched the Moisa’s Residence project in Romania. (2020).
Despite being naturally reserved and occasionally facing challenges with public speaking, he remained focused on strategic growth and long-term value creation. By the age of 28, his disciplined approach and entrepreneurial accomplishments had drawn attention from business leaders, policymakers, and international stakeholders.
A financial setback due to management challenges highlighted the critical need for robust operational oversight during rapid expansion. Momentum was building when global events intervened. The pandemic froze investments across borders, and soon after, the Russo-Ukrainian war added new uncertainty near Romania. Rising costs and geopolitical instability forced Tudor to pause certain projects—a difficult but necessary step in his growth strategy.
Rather than letting these disruptions halt progress, Tudor seized the opportunity to diversify. In the UK, he expanded his portfolio to include construction, business consultancy, and project management, strengthening his presence across multiple industries. He also took his first decisive step into the international real estate sector by launching a residential development abroad.

Wealth & Vision
By 2021, Tudor had established a portfolio of construction, consultancy, and property development ventures, including the Moisa’s Residence Project—a three-hectare residential development in Romania planned for 40 smart homes. The project reflected his long-term vision of combining modern design, functionality, and community-focused development. Reflecting on his success, Tudor said: “I have never pretended to have lots of money but I am rich because I have ideas that work and my wealth is above average maintaining a healthy brain.“

Tudor envisions a seamless integration of art, philosophy, and entrepreneurship to nurture a more thoughtful and interconnected society. His holistic approach blends philosophical insight with practical initiatives. One notable expression of this vision is CSTWE – Construction Seen Through Women’s Eyes, an international cultural and educational programme founded in 2020. Through the publication of Construction Seen Through Women’s Eyes – Volumes I and II (launched in March and November 2021), the programme amplifies women’s perspectives within the construction and built environment sector, demonstrating how lived experience, usability, and cultural insight can enrich and reframe the profession. CSTWE continues to evolve as a long-term platform for dialogue and inclusion, with Volume III currently in development.
Through this and his broader work, Tudor fosters open dialogue on contemporary issues, highlighting the importance of shared human experiences and the wisdom they impart. His vision continues to guide both his professional endeavors and personal projects, reflecting a commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and long-term societal impact.

Starting from a young age in construction, Tudor understood the ability to lead and guide people to accomplish the tasks set by his father for day-to-day projects until completion. Moved to London at the age of 21, 1677 miles (2699 km) away from what he used to call home, Tudor knew he would face difficulties and another way to build. On 11th January 2015, he stepped onto his first project in England – the historic Winchester on Archway Road. He began as a general builder, who made his way through most of the construction trades, from renovation and building houses to industrial public buildings, learning how to work in the UK until he became a senior construction project manager. Tudor has contributed to numerous construction projects across both countries, with a strong focus on public buildings. Beyond managing complex public projects, Tudor’s impact also extends into shaping the wider culture of construction. Through CSTWE – Construction Seen Through Women’s Eyes (founded in 2020), he has helped amplify women’s perspectives in the built environment, reinforcing his belief that construction is ultimately about people, experience, and inclusion.
For Tudor, becoming a construction project manager was not just an ordinary job to attend but more like a lifestyle. When Tudor was asked why is he still spending so much time on construction sites, he replied: “I am not scared to be in places other than construction. There, I listen; in construction, I teach. I am there where people need me the most. What good can I bring to society if I go somewhere where I’ve got little or no experience?
I personally engage with operatives at every level, teaching practical ways of building while fostering their skills and confidence. By guiding them directly, I help each team member grow, take ownership of their work, and deliver tasks with both precision and pride.
Managing construction and the way that buildings come together, especially those that serve the community, is a way for me to give back what I have learned over the years.
People help me exercise my patience and it trains my ability to get along well with all trades; from the person who sweeps up to the board directors and clients.”
When asked why he is so passionate about his work, his answer was simple: “Wherever I build, I belong.”
After building a successful career in the UK and contributing to major construction projects across London, Tudor was granted British citizenship in 2026. He views this not only as a personal achievement but also as an opportunity to contribute more directly to the country he now proudly calls home.
For Tudor, success is measured not merely by professional achievement, but by faith, service, and the positive impact one leaves on others.
Personal life
Tudor met his wife, Ancuța-Ioana Moisa (née Belean; 1995), a Romania graduate of Emanuel University, while working in London. The couple married in Iași, Romania, on 30 July 2017. Their first son, Tudor, was born in 2018, followed by their second son, Dan, in 2023, and their third son, Iosia, in 2026. All three of their sons were born in London.
Reflecting on his life experiences, Tudor said: ”Experience of any kind is the most valuable lesson learned that God allowed you to have as a gift. My worth is balanced by the ability to use knowledge to live life; I become even richer when I unpack each gift sent, knowing now that this will help me unpack the next.”

Tudor‘s name first appeared in the press as one of the figures influencing young people to become successful entrepreneurs. He said: “I am not a man for rapid development, but rather for an easy rise in society by giving each piece of information received the time necessary to increase understanding and to have it implemented at the right time. People are made for success regardless of position as long as they do it well; it can also be a landfill worker position, for example. Success does not mean clean or dirty, but the use of each person’s skills responsibly.”
In January 2015, Tudor ventured outside Romania for the first time, traveling to England, where he eventually settled. The following year, in 2016, he visited Spain. By September 2017, his travels expanded significantly as he embarked on a journey through multiple countries, including France, Belgium, Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Austria.
In early 2024, Tudor set out to climb Snowdon in Wales. Later that year, he headed to Scotland to conquer Ben Nevis, the UK’s tallest mountain. His adventures continued with a flight to Italy, where he explored Rome and made a memorable visit to the Vatican. Over time, Tudor returned to many of these countries, discovering new aspects that deepened his interest. To date, he has explored 14 of the 195 countries in the world—an impressive 7.1% of the total!

A Week After the Death of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei – 8th of March 2026 – Tudor said: “The world is once again discussing wars instead of the progress and stability humanity truly needs.
As I have said many times before, I am against wars. Yet history shows that strong defense and difficult decisions are sometimes seen as necessary to preserve peace and freedom.
Sadly, wars always bring tragedy. Many innocent people lose their lives—people who only wished to live peacefully.
I hope that global leaders act responsibly and work to stabilize the balance of power. Above all, I hope to see peace restored and the world return to dialogue and understanding.”
Board of Peace Meeting – 19th of February 2026 “…wonderful people, the Romanian people are, fantastic people, fantastic (…) and a lot of them come and work in this country, and help us in this country, as you know, and they are just really, really solid people.” Donald Trump said. – Tudor posted on LinkedIn: “As someone born in Romania who built a career in the UK construction industry in leadership roles, I sincerely appreciate these positive words about Romanians around the world.
Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with many different nationalities and led teams from various parts of the world. Diversity strengthens projects, broadens perspectives, and drives performance.
However, my fellow Romanians consistently remain at the top of my list when selecting trusted professionals to meet project programmes and deadlines — not simply because they are Romanian, but because I understand their struggles, their determination, and the high standards they set for themselves.
Their reliability, strong work ethic, dedication, and ability to deliver under pressure continue to stand out in every project I lead.
Proud of where I come from. Grateful for the teams I work with. Focused on delivering excellence.”
Christmas and the Turning of the Year – 24th of December 2025 – Tudor wrote: “As the year draws to a close, this season invites reflection more than celebration. Christmas arrives not only as a tradition, but as a pause—an opportunity to consider what endures, what has been learned, and what still calls for attention. The turning of the year carries a similar quiet weight. It reminds us that continuity and renewal often coexist—that progress is rarely abrupt, and meaning is shaped over time. I wish you a peaceful Christmas and a New Year marked by clarity, patience, and thoughtful purpose.”
