Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel was stabbed and injured during a service at Christ the Good Shepherd Church in Sydney, Australia – 29th of April 2024 – Tudor wrote: “I recently came across some of Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel’s teachings, and I believe that many, if not all of them, have a positive influence on the world. What happened to him a few weeks ago is deeply troubling, especially considering he is a peaceful advocate for peace, in my view, in a country that upholds freedom of speech. (Read: Isaiah 5:20-21)”

“If God is not on your side, everything you touch crumbles, yet if you have God on your side, even without hands, everything flourishes. It deserves a try.” – Tudor Moisa (also added in his quotes E-book – Thoughts without borders edged by pen)

Who is Tudor Moisa?

Tudor Moisa (/ˈtjuːdə/Too-der;[1][2] born March 6, 1993[3]) is a Romanian entrepreneur, writer, philosopher, artist, investor, and chiefly known for his role as a construction manager in the UK. He is the founder and CEO of Civcons Design Ltd; FRSA (Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts).

Born in the spring of 1993, four years after the fall of the communist party in Romania, the fifth of ten children of Dan Moisa (1962) and Valentina Moisa (née Crajanovschi; 1967), Tudor grew up in a modest family in Iasi.

From an early age, Tudor was eager to find out how the building modules are designed so well that they can stand together so strongly, forming useful places for people. He attended the Gheorghe Asachi Technical College of Iași before moving to London, aged 21 planning to start his own business in the construction industry.

Business career

Three years later, after gathering the necessary information on how construction businesses work in the UK, at the age of 24, he started his first company Civcons Design – 2017, winning small contracts, to begin with, increasing to hundreds of thousands of pounds per contract later on. (“Civcons” appeared for the first time on his father’s company, Civcons Srl; a Romanian local construction company opened in 2007 specialised in the construction of domestic buildings.)

Tudor worked hard to get the company up and running using all resources to advertise his services from handing out flyers to creating special advertisement events. Most of all, he proudly wore a hi-vis jacket with a large logo of his company on the back through the streets of London.

Months before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the country, Tudor planned to expand his business abroad, in countries such as Germany, Austria, and Romania.

With two of his brothers Beniamin (Site Manager at Civcons Design Ltd – joining in May 2019 until January 2022), Dorin (Co-Founder and COO at Civcons Group Ltd – joining in August 2019), and one of his sisters Cristina (Document Controller – joining in February 2021), Tudor expanded in the UK, opening three more companies Civcons Carpentry – 2019, Civcons Hive – 2021, Civcons Group – 2021, and in Romania initiating Moisa’s Residence – 2020 project.

A reserved man who sometimes stuttered when he spoke publicly, he pushed his business value up, and from age 28, Tudor‘s work and business strategy started to be seen and recognised by business developers, business owners, politicians, and ambassadors representing different countries across the world and by the end of 2021 Tudor was made a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Childhood and family

Tudor[235][200] Moisa was born on Saturday, March 6, 1993[3], in Iasi, Romania. His mother is Valentina Moisa (née Crajanovschi), born in Iasi, Romania. His father is Dan Moisa, a Romanian entrepreneur, consultant, and property developer who became known in the area for the quality of work delivered by his firm Civcons. Tudor has two older brothers, Alin-Dan Moisa (1987), and Ionut Moisa (1991), two older sisters, Magdalena Feier (née Moisa; 1988), and Cristina Chisan (née Moisa; 1990), four younger brothers, Samuel Moisa (1997), Beniamin Moisa (1999), Dorin Moisa (2000), and Valentin-Emanuel Moisa (2002), and a younger sister, Lacramioara Moisa (2004). After his parents moved from the city to the countryside in 1995, Tudor mostly lived in Erbiceni.

Returning to Iasi in 2009, he lived in the city for five years during college where he graduated as a Construction and Drawing Technician.

After graduating, he moved to London, the United Kingdom where he lived for five years in the Wembley area. Due to the pandemic, he moved northwest to Moor Park, where he could arrange for his family to have a larger garden in case of any other lockdown.

Education

Around age 12, Tudor developed an interest in hand drawing and construction. He learned not just software and hand technical drawing but physically being trained by his father in the construction build process in different fields from groundwork to finishing touches. By age 16, he could help his father with technical drawing readings and mixed trade works, getting more and more involved in the construction projects his father had at the time. Tudor was bullied throughout his childhood for different beliefs and ways of thinking. He attended Nursery School, Primary School, and Secondary School in Erbiceni before graduating in 2012 from Gheorghe Asachi Technical College in Iasi.

Before moving to London in Jan 2015, the Tudor’s most explicit commitments of faith were made during a local gathering on the 27th of May 2014, when he spoke of dedicating his life to service, and ended it by saying, “God help me to make good my vow”.

Since 2015, he has attended numerous courses that have enhanced his knowledge of construction, and by the end of 2023, he became one of the experts in the drylining field.

Wealth

In 2021, Tudor had an estimated worth of £6.35M ($8.66M) in assets, including Moisa’s Residence Project, a three-hectare land ready to be backhoe ground leveled for 40 Smart Houses to be built in Romania, making him one of the richest men in the family known by that time. Tudor said: “I have never pretended to have lots of money but I am rich because I have ideas that work and my wealth is above average maintaining a healthy brain.“

Construction career

Starting from a young age in construction, Tudor understood the ability to lead and guide people to accomplish the tasks set by his father for day-to-day projects until completion. Moved to London at the age of 21, 1677 miles (2699 km) away from what he used to call home, Tudor knew he would face difficulties and another way to build and he started as a general builder who made his way through most of the construction trades, from building a house to industrial public buildings, learning how to work in the UK until he became a construction project manager. Tudor has been involved in numerous projects in both countries having an accentuated presence in public buildings as follows:

For Tudor, becoming a construction project manager was not just an ordinary job to attend but more like a lifestyle. When Tudor was asked why is he still spending so much time on construction sites, he replied: “I am not scared to be in places other than construction. There I listen, in construction, I teach. I am there where people need me the most. What good can I bring to society if I go somewhere where I’ve got little or no experience?

Managing construction and the way that buildings come together, especially those that serve the community, is a way for me to give back what I have learned over the years. People help on exercise my patience and it trains my ability to get along well with all trades; from the person who sweeps up to the board directors and clients.”

Personal life

Tudor met his wife, Ancuta-Ioana Moisa (née Belean; 1995), a Romanian graduate of Emanuel University at that time, while he was working in London, and they married in 2017. In 2018, Tudor and his wife Ancuta had their first child, a son, Tudor Moisa (2018). In 2023 Tudor and Ancuta had their second child, son, Dan Moisa (2023).

Tudor said: ”Experience of any kind is the most valuable lesson learned that God allowed you to have as a gift. My worth is balanced by the ability to use knowledge to live life; I become even richer when I unpack each gift sent, knowing now that this will help me unpack the next.”

Tudor‘s name first appeared in the press as one of the figures that influences young people to become successful entrepreneurs. He said: “I am not a man for rapid development, but rather for an easy rise in society by giving each piece of information received the time necessary to increase understanding and to have it implemented at the right time. People are made for success regardless of position as long as they do it well; it can also be a landfill worker position, for example. Success does not mean clean or dirty, but the use of each person’s skills responsibly.”

In January 2015, Tudor took his first trip outside Romanian borders to United Kingdom, where he settled. In 2016, he visited Spain, and in September 2017, he embarked on a journey through several countries, beginning with France, Belgium, Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Austria. So far, Tudor has explored 10 countries out of the 195 known. That’s approximately 5.1% of all countries in the world!

Brain Chips – neuralink – 17th of March 2024 – Tudor said: “Despite the fact that it sounds helpful, I have a few questions for whoever plans to implant this in the human brain:

1. Control and Privacy Concerns: I understand that this chip will help humans to have answers at their fingertips in a second, and they can control computers or machines connected wirelessly with the chip through their thoughts. However, is it not vice versa? Can someone control the brain’s functionality through the chip? Can someone access the privacy of the person hosting the chip?

2. Influence of Substance Use and Sleep: I understand that the chip is implanted in a clear-minded person, but what will happen if the person drinks or takes drugs and has different, uncontrolled thoughts? Or what will happen if the host is sleeping and has dreams? Will that command the chip?

3. Control and Activation: If this is implemented, can the chip be turned off and on? And whose discretion will be in charge of giving these orders?

I personally think that this innovation can bring humankind to its peak in terms of intelligence development but also has the potential to push humanity to the brink of becoming non-self-thinking beings, serving as perfect hosts for a superior intelligence that can manipulate or exploit them.

New year’s eve celebration – 1st of January 2024 – Tudor tweeted: “Wishing everyone a fantastic start to the new year! May 2024 be filled with joy, success, and endless possibilities. Let’s embrace new beginnings and make this year our best one yet! Also, he said: I wish you a life like that of ravens: To live many years at great heights! May you have the intelligence to protect your family and not forget to bring bread to those who wait by the river. May God bless you all!

Vatican approves blessings for same-sex couples – 20th of December 2023 – Tudor said: “I don’t want to engage in a polemic, but the foundation of Christianity lies in the teachings of Jesus Christ who claims to have come into our world to fulfil the law. My question is, how is the book of Leviticus interpreted?
